WILLIAM T. MILLS, III
Bill has been married for 40 years and has two daughters. After graduating from the University of Louisville with a degree in finance he worked as a CFO in various healthcare systems.
In 1986 he co-founded Highland Associates. Highland is a prominent, investment consulting firm specializing in serving not-for-profit healthcare systems. In 2004 he co-founded Highland Good Steward Management, a fund manager for a series of responsible investment products. Highland is a member of ICCR, UNPRI, Eurosif, and the Responsible Investment Association of Australasia (RIAA). Bill is a member of the Consulting Board of the RIAA Academy, a board member of the Isaiah Fund, and a member of the Client Advisory Board of Hermes Equity Ownership Services.
CHARLES D. PERRY, JR.
A member of the Fund Manager, has been in the investment securities business since 1980. Mr. Perry graduated from Washington & Lee University in 1973. After working in a family-owned business after graduating from college, Mr. Perry started the Investment Consulting Division of a New York Stock Exchange listed investment firm in 1980. Mr. Perry worked as a full-time investment consultant until 1989, during which time he became a founding member of Wilshire Cooperative and Associates, Inc. Mr. Perry has completed advanced course work at the Wharton School and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
WILLIAM A. TERRY, CFA
A member of the Fund Manager, graduated from Davidson College in 1979 and began in the investment securities business in 1981. Mr. Terry worked as a full-time investment management consultant providing pension consulting and asset management services to a broad range of corporate clients until 1989. Mr. Terry holds the CFA designation and has completed advanced course work at the Wharton School. He is a member of the Alabama Society of Securities Analysts and the Association for Investment Management & Research.
